Park Plaza Hotel

We had a rigging project at the Park Plaza Hotel. We needed to install a chiller in the basement of the hotel. In order to do so we had to open up a side of the building and lower the chiller down the elevator shaft. We also installed several pumps at the hotel.

Installed a line stop wet tap, A 10" tee was installed into a live system without draining the main building loop. This type of installation has only been done by two mechanical contractors in Massachusetts. The new loop was connected to the tee at a later date.
